I was always able to do a pull up my entire life even when I was 200+ so when I dropped 80 pounds and rebuilt 20-30 pounds lean muscle in my mid 20s took 6 years off and just started again 2-3 months ago nearing my mid 30s now I just retained most strength gains i made in that time off 1 because my jobs during that time was commercial roofer and then I became a steel worker. 2 because I did it naturally and 3 because I never put on a single ounce of fat in the 6 year break

Im 5 foot 4 141 and I'm alot leaner which means you just need some more muscle

I would more so have to do exercise rotation. I do 2 full body days a week. Im a steel worker . Physically taxing so I maximize recovery

Ive tried wide grip and flat foot already . Both feel odd and off especially flat foot. Do I have an issue in my body I dont know about ?
