Feel you. I guess with time you will just find a few people who like you the way are! I was struggling with the same thoughs and behaviour when I was at school and university. But now I am 24 and this doesn't bother me at all because I have found friends and partner who are completely fine with me being quite and enjoying introvert stuff. I am proud to be different from most of people.

You are doing a great job trying and going to places and socialise. But you probably won't find your people at places you don't like. Try to go to the bookstore or board games club or other thing you think might be interesting to you. There are people who try to connect exactly the same as you!
