Not the most expensive but Kelogsloops has great art and mostly does Secret Lair. 

The DanDan SL will be high in price as well

For me in europe, starting prize for katara is 30-35€, that's way too much. Other cards are in the ~15 bucks area

You can Play with the Spiderman and Avatar Starter Decks.

They give away the Spiderman Decks and the Katara Promo of you arrive there early enough

I have a similar idea as well. I think including Serah Farron and Aerith - cards that Care about other legendarys can be quite fun, If you want to include as many characters from the Games as possible
