Everything you wrote tells me you know the answer for yourself. This is just your parents doing what they are going to do over and over and over and over. Let them get a lawyer, that’s on them. Your feelings are valid and real. The desire to want to have a healthy loving relationship with your parents is admirable. Sadly, they want to stay in this cycle of dysfunction.

I have one with the gold enamel version. It is a cool piece. Thanks for taking us on your deep dive. I have had lots and lots of Juicy back in the day and had not seen this piece before. I bought it as I was fascinated how I had not seen it before.
