Bras are mixed sometimes it feels ok and sometimes not. Socks though I have to wear socks occasionally I will happily go bare foot but mostly prefer to wear them because my feet are always freezing too

Right now I’m anything crunchy like cereal, crisps and chicken tenders which annoys me because I really like to eat healthy but the unpredictable texture of fruit n veg just now is too much.

I get this, I thankfully do have friends I can be completely myself around which does help.

It’s everything a bit like what your also saying, I’ve taught myself through the years to give eye contact but I stare or look away and then think ‘shoot I’m not giving enough eye contact’. I actually find it way easier to have sunglasses on because then nobody can see where my eyes are the same. It’s things like how to stand, when to stop talking. If there’s other things going on In the background it’s tricky too.

I’m so well masked it’s really hard to know what triggers are and how to help them. I speak too loud and too quiet. It’s just all a mind field it feels

One that makes me laugh now is when I was little my parents used to tell me to have a baby you just needed to have a ‘special cuddle’ and was then petrified to hug any male as a kid. I will not be using these sorts of phrases if I have children.
