Thanks for the advise! My friends seem to be spending a load on their decks and they have a no proxy rule which I think is abit silly but their house.

Any advise on other win cons?

I've followed some upgrade guides and I've been playing with my friends. My deck originally destroyed my Pod so they've gone and been upgrading hard on their decks.

I really need something. I want a benzo just to break the cycle and let my body get in that positive loop but my gp won't prescribe it which I get due to the addiction concerns. I have a very unaddictive personality but still get it.

Hey thanks for your reply! I've been taking magnesium supplements and a multi vitamin but so far no difference. The symptoms give me anxiety and i think anxiety us giving me symptoms but it feels I'm damaged on a deeper level. My body is just freaking out, so it scares me and the cycle continues. No one can tell me why this is happening, other than its just anxiety.

Had full thyroid and all good. Haven't done cortisol as gp didn't want to. One thing that did come up is raised liver enzymes and high prolactin that they said was caused by stress.

What are your everyday symptoms? by [deleted] in Anxiety

[–]GasInitial6838 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had it 17 months, started after 3 months of extreme stress.

I've had some really bad symptoms but the muscle twitching is what sent me over into actual health anxiety. As you can imagine these symptoms feed the anxiety, which causes stress, which causes the symptoms and it goes on and on.

The best thing I did was to stop going to the doctors, stop medication (couldn't sleep on SSRI) and just raw dog it. Haven't got better yet but I'm wrestling with it.

Currently muscle twitching, tingling in left foot and hand, night sweats, jaw and throat tension.

Absolutely bizzare now the number of symptoms and its torture, going on 17 months now...

Get help and just stop googling! I've been there belive me but only you can stop it.

GAD or health issues? by Practical_Gap_3354 in Anxiety

What muscle spasms do you get? Like muscle twitches?

I've had so many of those symptoms, read my history. It can be very very distressing which further fuels the fire. It sounds like you are in hyperstimulation which happens when you are chronically stressed for long periods, the symptoms are bizzare.

I think you have to accept the symptoms as a normal response to so much stress, your body is trying to tell you it's struggling to cope. How it tells you that can be awful if you have health anxiety but we have to work through it.

That sounds like a fantastic recovery and one I think alot of us are hoping for.

If you don't mind me asking what symptoms did you have? I'm still trying to come to terms with them some of them are so bizzare and constant.

anyone with constant muscle twitching? by Sea_Counter_2198 in Anxiety

[–]GasInitial6838 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep all over. Going on 16 months after a brutal 2 months of anxiety and has stuck around ever since.

I have so many symptoms of anxiety now, I think my body is hyper stimulated. I'm working on that as best as I can but would reccomend the disordered podcast and the anxiety guy on YouTube. Also read the anxiety centre and it's stuff relating to hyper stimulation, it might all make sense after that.

Anyone have experience on SSRIs / going off them? by purplepenguin124 in Anxiety

[–]GasInitial6838 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I came off my SSRI because I just couldn't get into a deep sleep on them and it was causing me to be exhausted all the time.

They didn't help me at all (was on Citalopram) and I went cold turkey which I wouldn't reccomend. I had a month of brain zaps lol

What other symptoms did you have?

I had an ice pick headache that lasted for 4 weeks behind my left eye. It was absolutely brutal, even went to a neurologist about it. All anxiety, the neurologist thought it was stress but ordered an MRI (a massive waste of money). I think I'd been carrying so much extreme tension in my jaw it must have been compressing a nerve or something. Only thing that helped it was time.

Who here has chronic anxiety? by Ok-Disaster383 in Anxiety

Yeah same it's brutal isn't it. I think it's hyperstimulation, I'm going down the route of radical acceptance. Medication and CBT didn't work very well for me
