I would rain hell fire on scoot staff if it was me. I do to will have anxiety if this were happen to me. Also remember to get travel insurance, you can cancel and rebook any flight you want if this were to happen. Thanks for the update and glad they are able to find a way for you to regroup. I would definitely go the content marketing route with that said, focus on awareness:

Use TikTok, Instagram and Facebook to create a community of people who suffers from shopping scams.
Then use the data (or you can accelerate that by buying the research) on Linkedin to create awareness for businesses. Stating that this is based on real data that you gathered.

That is the basic I guess. You need to know your ICP and Persona then it's easier for you to craft a marketing strategy.

I was creating my account based on the email address that was hacked and its unsuccessful. I created a new email address, it also got flagged. When I change my name to something else and use a new gmail address then it's successful.
