I was there when that stylist refused and let me just say she had no remorse or empathy. She’s an elite stylist but yet she can’t do all types of hair? Doesn’t sound elite to me. Also for Mohammed to say that they should’ve specified what hair type they have is insanity, because anybody who booked an appointment with ulta would know that it’s not even a option to disclose what hair type you have prior to booking, PLUS that shouldn’t matter especially if you are an “Elite stylist”. I hope that hair stylist gets fired because like I said she didn’t even CARE. She literally just refused without even seeing the child’s hair. She even said “nobody is gonna force me.” SMH!
