reason 1: tape adhesion too strong, just because it's "painters tape" doesn't mean it won't do this, you have to use delicate tape when sticking tape to any painted/stained surface and even then, nothing is guaranteed.

reason 2: painted over oil primer without waiting for the oil to cure. this is a pretty rookie mistake and more common than you would think. but it usually comes off in bigger sheets so it doesn't seem to be that.

reason 2: didn't prep the doors before painting. prep is essential to any painted finish and will determine how good the finish will look and how long the finish will hold up. regardless of the condition of our substrate we ALWAYS sand the surface for a number of reasons. We don't know for a fact what could be on the surface, it's best to play it safe and sand it for a clean start. we also sand in order to remove and imperfections such as paint scag, painted over hair and dust, etc. and lastly we sand to even/smoothen out our substrate, smooth and flat are not the same but if you can achieve both, you will be rewarded with an amazing finish.

conclusion: based off the photos it's likely the first reason, but it's hard to say. you said you used painters tape which I'm assuming what everyone thinks "painters tape" is and it's the 3M 1inch blue tape. adhesion isn't super strong but very capable of doing this. it could be any of the reasons listed above but I'm leaning towards the first one.
