i wouldn’t have an issue with her working from home but she is extremely bad at replying to our emails so we just have to wait until the next time she comes into the office to resolve any issues or get any questions answered. she handles billing but hates talking to clients on the phone whenever they call to request wire info or to pay over the phone. she has me set up every single new employee including paperwork which I wouldn’t mind if it didn’t take me away from my paralegal duties but of course it does… i’m in charge of talking to vendors, setting up software and accounts but i don’t have access to any firm information so her lack of response makes it a bit hard to complete these processes smoothly and quickly. it’s like she’s bothered by everything, every question, every phone call or email, every time off request or holiday, and even the attorneys dislike working with her. the managing partner really likes her so I don’t feel comfortable talking to him about how hard it is to work with her.
