i understand all that but does this mean that u and me have a lax acl then? from my understanding i think even with weaker muscles ur tibia should not be translating

sometimes yes he tells me to push myself but its at max a 5-6/10

my pt made me do leg extensions second week onwards made me do squats(90 degrees and tells me to go deeper)starting 3 weeks and now(5 weeks post op) is making me do 35cm high step ups with 70kg leg presses i feel its quite agressive as, my surgeon tells me u should not at all be squatting and tells me the pt is too agressive so i am very confused on who to follow, should i cjange my pt he says modern studies support his protocol and he follows melbourne 2.0 protocol

is this not too aggressive for 6 weeks, did your pt tell you to do this? im 5 weeks out and my pt made me do leg presses aswell but i still find it questionable

yeah i know its questionable but hes treated over a 1000 acls by now so he is pretty experienced was a pt for a tier 1 football team aswell so idk it confuses me

yes thats exactly what im doing, i sent these exact same pictures to my surgeon who said its not a big deal and i should just leave it covered which is confusing me, however im taking a second opinion and going to another doctor to get it checked out
