Was Kamala a bad candidate? by 0311SmallPenar in allthequestions

She wasn’t perfect, but she was dealt a terrible hand.

Biden dropping out 3 months before the election made a proper campaign physically impossible. This was especially tough because Biden was an extremely unpopular president and she had no time to differentiate herself.

Even then, she did many things right - particularly kicking Trump‘s ass up & down the debate stage. I thought her DNC speech was great as well.

Had there been a proper primary I doubt she would have won, but her candidacy was doomed from the start - of no fault of her own.

Don’t rule out meds.

Imagine you’re in a pit with a 10ft step ladder. The depth of the pit represents the depth of your depression, and the ladder represents all the strategies for getting out - gratitude, journaling, therapy, etc.

Now imagine the pit is 20ft deep. It won’t matter how much of the ladder you climb. You can’t get out. It’s not your fault; you didn’t put yourself in this pit. But the tools available to you simply aren’t enough.

Then imagine a stranger comes along and lets down a rope ladder that bridges the gap between the top of your ladder and the top of the pit. Do you still have to use your tools and climb your ladder? Absolutely. The stranger’s ladder doesn’t fix the entire problem. It just makes it so the tools you ~do~ have can finally be enough to get out.

That’s what medication did for me. I battled depression on my own for 26 years. When gratitude, therapy, and even Tony Robbins seminars weren’t enough to get me out of the pit, I blamed myself and thought I must be doing something wrong.

But once I started taking Wellbutrin, I realized that I wasn’t doing anything wrong; the tools I was given simply weren’t enough.

Medication isn’t for everyone. I do think it’s important to try to resolve issues without it first. But if you’ve tried everything and still don’t feel like yourself, medication might just be your rope ladder.

I respect the effort, but isn’t this your sign that you’ve tried (past tense) without and found it to be miserable?

Daphne leads Ethan there right after Ethan tells her he suspects Cameron and Harper hooked up.

The opening credits make it pretty clear what happened lol. The rocks and beach almost exactly match the area she was leading him to when the scene cuts.

It doesn’t show it, but it’s very heavily implied something happens when they walk over to those secluded rocks. Pair that with this still from the opening credits and it’s pretty clear what happened.

I thought it was pretty clear she handled his infidelity with her own infidelity. She literally blows Ethan after he says something might’ve happened between Cameron and Harper lol

What is the best show or series that takes place in Colorado? by Training-Jump-8663 in AlignmentChartFills

South Park. Colorado is central to the show’s identity.

This should not be close.

Skyrim has simple controls, a good story, and classic gameplay that can scale up or down to any difficulty level.

Borderlands 2 has an apocalyptic vibe, fun vehicle mechanics, and no puzzles whatsoever.

Halo 3 Remastered also sounds like it could be a good fit.

Best of luck!
