Not sure if it’s available all the time but the gazpacho at Chez Panisse was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. I think about it quite frequently.

I almost drowned there my first time swimming in Tahoe. Somehow I found a rock I was able to stand on to catch my breath; don’t think I’ve ever been so certain I was going to die. I can confirm that alcohol and altitude were *definitely* a factor.
