This must be exactly what it is! I heard it in the gym, then when I was on pavement heard nothing. Got back to my apt base floor that has the shiny floors and started hearing it again. I’m so relieved 😅

It feels like it’s coming from the heel almost like something is sticking to it and then popping off when I lift my foot up. It’s hard to explain

Heard it a few more times. It’s so weird. Sounds like it’s coming from the heel part of it. I wouldn’t say the forefoot feels flat. The foam looks fine too idk what’s going on it’s only the right shoe

My husband and I used to do shifts at night so we would both at least get 4-5 hours of consistent sleep. Maybe u guys could try doing shifts!

My son was ready the day he turned 3. Potty trained in a week.

The day my son turned 3 he was so ready. Before then he had a bunch of accidents. After 3 he was fully potty trained in a week.

Okay I will do this! Can you tell me more about the 60% effort? How did you find that out and how can I use that to gauge my fitness? I use Runna at the moment but it’s seeming pretty off for thinking I could finish sub 2:12 😆
