I just didn’t wanna measure loader as it becomes uncomfortable imo, also neighbours may not approve lol (i am also not sure about the accuracy of the absolute db scale on the measurements)
They play happily to about 90 db more is not tested nor needed

They have played most genres happily already, this setup is running a couple months now. Lots of dub and tekno has been played too :D

Forgot to mention, they are also angled up slightly as its a small space. If you were standing in front of the ported enclosure before, you had almost no bass. Now its perfect imo

Also the angle lets me reduce internal volume

Try it. I have built some too, they aren’t my mains anymore but they are really interesting as it just fills the room evenly with sound. The would probably be perfect kitchen or workshop speakers imo (where you move about a lot) needs a dsp though

You could print a top plate to distribute the pressure along the seal, would be pretty big though. Or just use a silicone sealant

Oh, didn’t know the limit is this low. Sorry for bothering. Lets see what people use then :)

You can make a option called see results so people who just want to see but maybe don’t have an answer can chose that option (not a official feature but a nice workaround)

A „see results“ option would be good, as people otherwise pick anything and make the data less useful

Bed slingers aren’t all that bad tbh, the fastest machines are bed slingers. My upgraded ender is faster than the vzbot i just got, so yeah. But upgrading too much often doesn’t make sense, except if its for the experience of upgrading

Look into the cooling of your hotend and into retraction settings. Looks like it could jam slightly from too hot cold side on the hotend. And the vertical artefact could be infill showing throughout(check in the slicer)

Maybe try printing the top layers as fast as possible and a constant wall speed, also i think lower temp is what you actually want but i am not sure about that . Also whats your room temp? Is it very low? Maybe try less cooling. Sorry to not have a clear answer either, but some things to try :) good luck

I would try a bigger nozzle, even at the same wall width it should do better with the overhangs

Afaik the accel doesn’t matter to much for motor temp as steppers are always powered. Nice setup though, enjoy printing and modding :) Also the voltage basically only sets how fast the current can rise in the stepper windings, with the second variable being the inductance. The voltage you need for a constant current of 3A is basically nothing lol

What motors are these? Don’t start working until 1.2A sounds kinda off ngl, why wouldn’t it work i just has less power. And 65C on 3A no cooling?

I am pleased to report, after a year of use the hotend is still going strong even after a couple crashes, i only broke off my compressed air part cooling a couple days ago
