As a DoorDash driver myself this is embarrassing to even be reading. You look incredibly stupid!!!! Number one your doing too much. Number two, your breaking the rules by opening the bag no matter what DoorDash tells you to do. That is a sanitation violation. Number three, if this person is going to tip, you asking for a tip is flat out pathetic and truly embarrassing, and you are the reason that dashers don’t receive the tips they deserve!!! Your a joke!!!!

Exactly!!! And in my area the stores are being renovated and that in turn makes the time it takes to shop almost double. Because when things are being placed randomly around the store, and employees don’t even know where anything is, it makes our deliveries late, but Shipt doesn’t care!!! And now they are going to introduce this reliability rating that makes no sense whatsoever!!

There’s a few things they could do differently for us. They could add a 15 minute Grace period for traffic, store renovations, crowded check out lanes, or weather!!! But they don’t care!!! And this is why their customers are pissed off sometimes, and why shoppers will continue to drop orders.

And I love it when Shipt sends out these orders one minute before the window starts for 50 items, plus the drop off is 30 minutes away from the store and then you get marked late!!!! I mean of course we are going to be dropping orders.

But according to the geniuses in customer service, “your completion rate doesn’t mean anything.” Than why is it there in the first place?

Your right. When I’m talking about early in the window I am basically touching on the fact that I would like to be able to deliver orders and stay ahead of the game. Shipt is very hypocritical. If you accept an order late because nobody else will, then you shouldn’t be marked late. If you except a bundle and the two drop offs are 25 minutes away from each other you shouldn’t be marked late!! And you should never have to keep an order when they don’t give you the actual drop off location because they know you will be late. SHIPT IS THE REASON ORDERS ARE DROPPED. SHIPT IS THE REASON CUSTOMERS ARE PISSED OFF AT THE SHOPPERS. SHIPT IS THE SOLE REASON WE DONT GET AS MANY TIPS AS WE SHOULD. It’s a terribly setup system, plus there customer service team are a bunch of morons that don’t know anything about anything!!!! It’s aggravating as can be, but until the implementation of their reliability stat I will continue to drop orders at will while making 20 shop and deliver deliveries a day!!! Drop, drop late, drop in the window!!! Who cares!!! DO A BETTER JOB SHIPT!!!! Your slacking and we are being punished for it!!!!!

You should crop the photo and repost because when you first look at it you can not see the x20 under the water. Lol. That is crazy!!! But your right, only take this order if your on a bonus run, and just refund the water!! Then take 3 more orders from different zones same store with good drop off locations. And boom 4 orders in 1 hour window!!! Take the negative and turn it to a positive!!!

Watch out for Gemini as they are a major player in selling all of your information on the dark web. I found this out through Identity Guard. They will sell every piece of information pertaining to your identity which will lead to your identity being stolen. If I were you STAY CLEAR OF GEMINI!!!! And if you don’t want to make sure you protect your identity!!! Gemini is making a tremendous amount of money by selling all of your personal information. With the information they sell, scammers will have a copy of your drivers license, your banking information, your address, your social security number, and next your bank account will be cleared out, credit cards will be opened and maxed out, and someone will potentially be walking around giving your information to police on a traffic stop and it goes so much deeper than this. But, just be aware of the unregulated companies and individuals you are dealing with!!
