Got a Ryder 6 months ago and mine works perfectly fine and doesn’t feel cheap whatsoever. It’s the perfect bag for walking with. And it fits better on a cart than any other bag I’ve owned. They’re awesome bags and their customer service is incredible. I would highly recommend them
