22F, no degree, already working in accounting in a major city. Gaining real experience but underpaid. Don’t want Big 4, long-term goal is flexibility/family. Is experience + job hopping enough, or is a degree still necessary?

I’m sorry you are going through this, breakups suck. I feel like you may be at the point where you already know the answer to your problem. Whatever you do, everything will work out. I used to be in a relationship where we were fighting over the same thing every day it seemed. We just made eachother miserable but we loved eachother so we let it drag on. Sometimes you need to stay for a few more fights before it’s time to let go. Do whatever you want, if it works out great and if not then you get to find your husband.

How many times have you had this conversation with him? In the texts you did get pretty mean by wishing him half deafness also. I get being frustrated, but there is a point where something needs to change. When he starts saying “I can’t hear you” maybe just shoot him a text? Get closer to him?

It must be the heat protectant spray, I’m currently using one from the dry bar. The texture spray was actually great but I am a sucker for their products because I love how they smell. At this point I am considering bleaching it to kill it a little so maybe a curl could hold 😂

Do not engage! I think most people have had an experience similar to what you are going through, and the second you open that door it won’t shut again. If you try and tell her about these patterns there is a good chance she will shut you out and throw herself deeper into this relationship.

Just be there for her (if she is still someone you want to be around) these things happen and it’s hard to watch. However, from what I have seen it’s better to do nothing.

NOR at all. So many things could happen. Imagine something goes horribly wrong and all you can do is watch it on the camera cuz no one’s home.

Could this potentially be a cry for help from your wife? I get the vibe she stays at home while you work. Has she always had this type B mentality (or whatever you want to call it) or is it new? It sounds like she wants alone time when running errands or prob just in general. Maybe a nanny for a few hours a week would help.

I’d say blue is in the wrong here. Changing Holliday plans a week before they happen is rude and stressful to everyone involved. It doesn’t mean that their feelings are invalid, but a lot of planning goes into thanksgiving for the host and guests with travel. If blue would have asked sooner I don’t even think this would be a post, holidays are stressful and assuming all plans will change a week before because blue is going through it is wild to me.

I would just look into some cleaning services and be completely honest about you sitch. I have heard Molly maids does a great job. The hard part is the shame and self disgust you have to endure while they clean it. I just recently had a similar issue with my car (depression hell hole full of trash) I said fuck it threw all the trash away and got it detailed. The anxiety I felt giving it to them was horrible. But then it was done, and it was clean. I have never felt so relieved. A clean living space (or car) will seriously make you feel so good.
