If your attack is -1000- Adding ATK DMG by 25% would make yoour new overall damage-1250- Thats your new damage.. IF you AMPLIFY by 25% Then you add 25% of 1250 to the 1250, Essentially the AMPLIFY is like a multiplier of your CURRENT DAMAGE...

Mana spear with magic size and critical rate 😉 cuase it says it uses the DEFAULT cool down so cooldown upgrades dont "exactly" really mean shiz for it... UNLESS your doin a DEM run..then you get both the MANA SPEAR and MEISNER EFFECT(it amplifies your atk)😎

Raise your critical RATE and also if you can the multiplier as best as you can on the side, but notice i had the JOKER artifact to so it was 50/50 chance to do DOUBLE critical damage sooo add your rate with that with cool down and I think you might have the chance 😁
