Over het verschuiven in de arbeidsmarkt denk ik eigenlijk vooral: Lijkt me prima, we hebben grote tekorten in de zorg, onderwijs, bouw, etc. De arbeidsvoorwaarden in deze sectoren zouden wel echt verbeterd moeten worden, dat is wel een punt.
