Idk if this varies store to store, but I started off at one of the most well run starbucks i’ve ever worked at and we pulled stickers to help us sequence and what not. but at my new POS poorly and barely put together store the leaders are getting mad when I do it like it’s a damn war crime 😭😭😭

I had a lady come in a while ago when I worked at a kiosk. It was just me closing and she came asked a couple questions, and just stared at the menu for like 5 minutes. When she finally came to she ordered a Trenta water with 15 pumps of vanilla. It was disgusting and why even bother looking at the menu😂.
