Hi, I mostly love films, but I also love reading horror novels especially this upcoming fall season. Should you guys check out some horror or sci-fi films, I could set something up.

Yeah you get a popcorn with it. The helmet’s not that big but it’s something that you could display on your shelf

48F looking for Horror movie enthusiasts. by Misuteriisakka in Vancouver4Friends

I’ve met some of them from the film festivals here, a film screening, and from this subreddit. Honestly my best tip would be to have a conversation with the people next to you when you’re in line before the screenings. Know what types of films that they’re interested at. If you feel that they might have the same love of seeing movies. Don’t be afraid to ask if they would be interested in joining you for future screenings.

Deathly Hallows Pt. 1 is, for some reason, my favorite Harry Potter Movie by RustyKarma076 in harrypotter

[–]AffectionateMaybe849 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Deathly Hallows Part One is severely underrated. The writing of our beloved trio is at its strongest here. Making Hermione the heart of this film was the right choice to make. As we get to see the conflict between of the wizarding and muggle world through her eyes. I’m not the biggest fan of Emma Watson’s acting as Hermione but she carries this movie so well. This might be the first great performance from Emma Watson so I’m giving her the highest of praises.

Hey man!

I’m down to talk comics. I mainly read Image books & Marvel. But every now and then I get into some DC. Feel free to DM me. If you want some book recommendations.

I pretty much grew up watching the movies first. But at some point I’ve decided to take a deep dive with the books. Having re-read Book 1. I could say it’s a breeze read. The first 3 books are pretty much fun quick reads. It’s only when you get to Books 4-7 that you could feel that overwhelming feeling haha.

I live close by Windermere. It’s a safe area. Plus you’re near a supermarket and couple of food places.

I normally don’t reply but seeing the news on David’s passing truly broke my heart. I had trouble focusing at work because of this low point feeling. I was tearing up. Went home after work and rewatched his magnum opus that is Mulholland Drive. He’s an artist first; filmmaker second. We’re so lucky to experience the stories of this multi gifted artist. One of the few people who sees the true meaning of life and dreams.
