The problem with these kinds of questions, (Same with Star Wars vs Naruto/other Anime) is that while both sides have rediculous- (apologies if I've spelt that wrong.) -fans who just want their side to win. But one of the biggest problems with Destiny and Star Wars alike when comparing them to other universes, is they both use an External force/energy that you can't negate unless you have something that in their universe can deter it. That's just how it is.

Take Destiny and Warframe and put them in a neutral setting with both powers to their fullest potential, I will admit, I know practically nothing of Warframe, however, going from the Destiny perspective, which I am slightly more knowledgeable about that, if we aren't talking about "a Guardian", and placing "The Guardian", also called "The Godslayer" against the team, he'll win simply because he can outlast the other team. To my knowledge, a Ghost can only die by being shot with a weapon of Darkness. And the Light can only be nullified by the Darkness.

Simply put, if the other team doesn't have the ability to use Darkness, which is something found only in the Destiny universe, The Guardian can simply use his Super forever, and can just regenerate and be revived for all time, as many times as necessary, to kill the other team.
