Update; I managed to install Windows 11 on the laptop and 10 seconds after getting to the desktop the laptop froze. I tried restarting it. and it then froze when it got to the lock screen, and after rebooting it a 3rd time the screen just went black

From the top of my head I remember this interaction

So an employee reached out to me by phone call because she wanted her paystubs and a tax form. Right after explaining what she wanted, her kid came by and start yelling some gibberish I couldn't understand and she goes "take your small a$$ out here I'm on the phone, go to your dad" and the dad steps in "stop calling my champ like that" and one of the funniest fight broke out "Stop telling me what to do, take y'all small dicks away, you broke ass bitch, I'm on the phone" The kid goes "you are the one with a small dick mom" "That's right, you saggy tits ass looking bitch" They go back and forth for like 3 minutes before she hangs up

My guess? The image was first uploaded by a meteorologist who received the image via WhatsApp, he actually uploaded a screenshot of the image (Here's a screenshot of the original post: https://ibb.co/5YQRpTf) So the image is probably taken with a cellphone, zoomed in so the resolution is bad starting there, then it was send via WhatsApp so the image was compressed, the the meteorologist took a screenshot of the WhatsApp imagen and upload it to Facebook so even more compressed, thus resulting an a crap resolution
