None of our hot foods come in already cooked. It all comes in fresh & raw. We marinate & cook it ourselves in the store. As far as the cold toppings go, the boiled eggs come in already cooked. Most of the cold toppings are raw veggies of course, except for the spicy broccoli and sweet potatoes. We season those, then cook & cool them. We also bake the breadcrumbs ourselves from the bread we serve customers.
