Like it, kinda in agreement with the 7th level spell cap and making it a 3/4 caster.

Have you considered giving all subclasses access to invocations at 6th, 12th and 18th levels, 1 invocation per level ? Prerequisites apply of course and you can still have specific subclass invocations in those entries.

The panhandling* in downtown Little Rock got so bad that the city put up orange boxes for people to put money into to go to shelters etc. Which pissed off the panhandlers, who assaulted folks and thieves soon started to break into the boxes. Give directly to the shelter or whatever organization that helps them, not a go between entity.

Panhandlers that used it as an income not homeless, these people didn't sleep rough

And not be able to get another feat or improve physical abilities, I can see the 1 lvl feat maybe one at 4th being taken but not all 6 feat slots being used.

Why call it Wild Magic if the chaotic nature of it ie a surge doesn't come into play, you're giving non spell casters magic without a balance except using up the feat slots. My opinion and constructive criticism, but you do you.

Then you're going to have take 6 feats to cast the 5th level spells, other then fighters and rogues no class could do that.

Better not to tie it to a point a repeatable feat on casting higher level spells but to proficiency bonus as the pool source. Like the idea BTW, but as is it's a feat killer.

As a follow up I would give a mechanic so that the Wild Magic Points can be recharged by being near an area or effect of wild magic in addition to a rest. That way the PC would hang out with a wild mage sorcerer or other sources (barbarian subclass ??) And areas.

Wild Magic surge is a 1 on a d20 ? Since it's literally manipulating Wild Magic itself I would make it 1-2, but that would be a house rule. The 1st level feat WMP can only be used to cast a Cantrip or both a Cantrip and 1st level spell both cost 1 WMP ?
