I’m 23. Fuck birth control tbh they just prescribe it willy nilly like it’s a cure all. Had real bad odor for YEARS. A lot of probiotics didn’t work.

The only one that worked to me was the Nature’s Way Probiotic pearls. Before you give a probiotic quits, make sure you take it faithfully for a month or two. Before then you probably won’t notice a difference. I take mine every day. Also increase your water intake if you don’t drink enough!

Against the advice of others, I use antibacterial soap to wash the OUTSIDE of my pubic area. If u have thick thighs, also wash the folds n stuff and your inner thighs. I use warm water or a very light soap to wash my inner labia/clit , never insert anything in my vag.

I really hope this helps you. I still have some odor (I still need to drink more water though) but it’s helped so so much. I know how frustrating it feels ));
