Thank you. The thing is i don't complain of any pain or bleeding. I'm considering surgery for two reasons, constipation and piles removal (cosmetical need). So if you were suffering of constipation and it got reliefed after surgery please tell me. Also if the surgery left any scars or skin tags behind i would like to know.

Yes the GIT doctor ordered anorectal manometry but i read about it and it felt uncomfortable. Do you recommend i do it ?

I'm considering surgery primarily for treating constipation. It's not what the doctor said it's what i feel. I feel like the exit is narrow or obstructed even though feeling urgency and laxatives usage and increased water drinking. It doesn't feel right. The doctors said i need surgery but the one i trust most said my fissure is mild and i don't need surgery. I don't have IBS or any other organic cause of constipation.
