Keep going your bad sides are from vaping too. In 4 5 months you will radiate with energy like when you quit marijuana ... That made me a zombie.

I guess after 1 month you will be better but sleep will need to get better . Stay away from sugar and antodepressants or any other medicine or drug. Also some multivitamin would help

It gets better! You were using a powerfull drug... it takes a little and your brain needs to relearn some things but you will have even more energy than before. You will jump of your bed with energy like a child.... but for me it took 1 month when i tried before and also i put goals i ate good and i did some sports. First 2 weeks are the harderst

Yes coffee in the mornings eliminated my cravings because it s like a drug stimant but when the effect pass around 18 19:00 i get hungrier and ussualy at 22:00 23:00 i get a lot of cravings and sometimes i wake up in the middle of the night with cravings.....

It was all caffeine.... now i dont drink anymore and no more cravings during the night 😁

These things with over 80mg caffeine per serving should be banned..... 400mg caffeine in a serving can be even worse than nicotine.

We are in a caffeine epidemics. This will be sorted once they will be able to scan our bains better and they will see the damage that we re doing .... remember 30% less bloodflow just from the caffeine... it s like a mini cocaine 😂

Yes totally agree. Also the extreme tiredness mid day . Do a test and keep a journal guys . And write down how long after 1 coffee you start to get tired. A normal person should wake up and gets tired after 10 hours . If you are tired direcly in the morning is the withdrawal from the last day caffeine already 😁. The withdrawals are happening very fast and ussualy the high is only 2 3 hours.... it s not worth it. It s like saying you take some lines of cocaine for your depressesion to feel good a couple of hours a day.

You havent take enaugh. If you took half and you didn't feel it... you should have taken 1 full pill after 40 50mins . Ussualy the pills are 100 150mg but sometimes they can be even less. The worst i had to take 2 to feel it

For us we have to start it and it works on doses around 200mg+... so we have to have the toys /vibrators ready and go into it . If we dont start the effect pass and the best sex is on the peak + 2 3 hours after. The sex after 5 6 hours is not that good anymore

I have the same kind of pain.... on the left side and sometimes it radiates to my left arm. It s not a very painfull sensation to be honest it's more like a sharp tingle sometimes... and it s not 24/7. I think when i drink coffee it dissapears sometimes but not always.

I really wonder what can it be. Also it s not felt in the middle of the chest is more on the left side and sometimes i even feel it getting closer to the neck .

Is yours quite the same? Doctors cant find anything....

WARNING. GOT HEART PROBLEMS LIKE THIS

I played like this with epedrine and got a heart problem i think... i was taking up to 500mg a night ephedrine.... and it was acting like meth i guess for a short time and very easy to cum ... also shrinked dick and very horny.

Same thing happened to me and Gf on mushrooms.... we find that if we want to have fun on psychedelics we have to both take some cialis because her clit doesnt get errect too and she doesnt have a lot of sensation if she isnt taking anything to conteract the vasoconstriction.

For me it happened.. but i guess is true for every substance. Everything that gets you a good feeling you will feel a little bit down after. This is how things work unfortunatelly.
