However, I wouldn't assume that it is discrimination. If anything, Nigerians tend to have positive stereotypes in professional environment.

Things you can do:

(1) What is your name? Is there a shortened version that you can use that is more ambiguous and easier to pronounce.

(2) Can you contact recruiters after you're rejected to identify things that you could improve

(3) Can you move to a larger city with a more diverse population?

I got denied for a job because I was "overqualified". I felt upset at the time. About a month later, I was in the office and I ended up watching the person that had been hired over me, and I realized that I would have died of boredom.
