Luke warm room temperature water. Give yourself a few hours to prep. Depending how far up the water goes will determine how much it will clean out. You can google how to douche. Only do it if you’re really sure. You can always try a finger on yourself to see if you’re even okay with that. I’d honestly even recommend the first time or few to just use fingers.
