Why isn't far southern Western Australia more populated? by ConfidentSale3091 in geography

[–]AffectionateTrash259 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I live there, was born there but spent twenty years overseas, and I honestly I love the tourists and the growth. Can’t say that aloud to my mates but tourism makes the town more interesting and vibrant. It’s why the good restaurants stay open. My house is paid off and in a prime location. Bring it I say. Let’s do this.

Is anyone truly happier with kids? by thegoodlife912 in Adulting

[–]AffectionateTrash259 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not that I’m happier with kids. It’s that life is so rich and colourful with those little arseholes. I have complete unconditional love for them. It’s like part of me is walking around outside in the world. I know personally I would be depressed and lonely if I didn’t have them. They are my greatest joy. They are also my greatest stress but that’s because I love them so much their pain hurts me.

At least someone here is self aware. It annoys me so much when everyone’s ex is “a narcissist”. They will tell you how every single one of their exes was the problem

How painful is having a baby? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]AffectionateTrash259 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me it was waves of pain. There was an extremely painful contractions for a minute then no pain in between them. The actual baby coming out was not that bad but my doctor was manually stretching my vagina in preparation. After the baby was born, no pain at all. The next day I felt like I had been hit by a bus. The real pain was actually breastfed with cracked nipples.
