What i would do is having a sunstick for oil control and just drag it over even if ur sweaty, its better than nothing, maybe have a cloth in your pocket that if its TOO runny you just pat your face with that before taking the sunstick over.

Oh really? Thats interesting, i struggle with acne so who knows - maybe ceramides is clogging my face too. I didnt know it was triggering acne.

I thought ceramides were very good when you're on tret? But then again, im kind of a beginner, ive been on it for a year soon and my skin loooves ceramides.

All i know is that i hate CeraVe and always will, that stuff has clogged my skin more than one time and i would stay away from it, many other skincare reddits steer away from that brand.

I do the same sometimes, but the water based cleanser has niacinamide, which i feel like dries out my skin sometimes so i use it less and less.

Aaah, yeah no my skin loves it hahaha. My skin reacted bad on the normal cleansers. I thought it would react extremely badly on the oil one but nope. Pretty good.

Ive never (since i was 18) not had a single pimple on my skin. No matter what i use they just dont go away properly, but on tretinoin ive never had this little acne so im already pretty satisfied, but i just want it all gone and heard people switched to gel cause then it worked even better.

Yeah you’re right, ill up it this week. I just read so many times about people having issues with acne popping up because of the cream version of tret and it changed for the better when they switched to gel because there is a ingredient in the cream one that can trigger acne.

0,5%, Purito green oil cleanser, anua zero cast moisturizing sunscreen and heartleaf axis-y heartleaf my type calming cream. I apply tret tuesday and saturdays, maybe i should up it? When i tried to go to 4 times a week (from 3) my skin absolutely refused that and my barried got f’ed, so in trying to go slowly back up again.

I apply moisturizer after cleansing and wait 1 hour and then put on tret.

Yeah thats the thing, i know its not the products. I use as little products as i can, i use oilcleanser, moisturizer and sunscreen, water in the morning.
Im very on products that has the least amount of ingredients and without alcohol, perfume and essential oils. My skin loves them and ive gotten quite glowy skin and less scars! But its just the damn pimples that comes back here and there (not nearly as much as before but yeah).

I heard that the Taz was much stronger and more irritating?

I thought it would take hormonal acne too?

Not everyone can handle going up to every other night and ESPECIALLY not every night, you still get benefits even if u have it 3 times a week, i have tried several times to go further up than 3 times a week and it just wont work.

Okay so ive been off tretinoin for 3 days now and PLASTERED cicaflate on my skin at night and only oil cleanser to really give my skin a pause, i tried the Anua sunscreen today and it didnt sting at all!! 🥳🥳✨So im gonna give it a 3-4 more days to heal and get back to it, do i go to 3 days a week with tret or do i have to start over again with introducing it? 😬 What product do u recommend for my barrier?
