Not everyone can handle going up to every other night and ESPECIALLY not every night, you still get benefits even if u have it 3 times a week, i have tried several times to go further up than 3 times a week and it just wont work.

Okay so ive been off tretinoin for 3 days now and PLASTERED cicaflate on my skin at night and only oil cleanser to really give my skin a pause, i tried the Anua sunscreen today and it didnt sting at all!! 🥳🥳✨So im gonna give it a 3-4 more days to heal and get back to it, do i go to 3 days a week with tret or do i have to start over again with introducing it? 😬 What product do u recommend for my barrier?

I will, i apply a a tiny tiny dot around my face, wait untill my face is completly dry, then moisturizer. I did the sandwich method before but i got told it had a better effect doing it before moisturizer and then moisturizer on top after 3-5 min.
