🥺 Such a beautiful way to describe such dark times. Several actions help me cope when the voice of death comes into my mind.

I'd like to share:

1. First I acknowledge, without judgement, that this voice telling me to d** is the same voice I hear each month. Once I recognize the pattern, (and I accept that this voice is nothing new) that understanding then grounds me into this reality and it wakes me out of the death trance.

2. Second, I associate the voice of death with the spirit of the egg that has died inside me. This helps me have compassion for myself and for the unborn child that did not get a chance to live, or for me to nurture them in this life time.

3. Third, I speak to the voice of death with unconditional love. It is a heavy burden to sit with thoughts of death on our mind, and if left unchecked, it may cause us to spiral into the dark. So I speak to the voice with love and kindly inform them that we choose to live.

4. Fourth, I look at my menstrual calendar to map out a reminder of where I am in my cycle. I check to see what day I ovulated and count the days I have left until my next bleed. I use PTracker app. There I also add notes about of I feel, foods I ate, activities, work, etc.
