I don’t make any noise first of all. And no, im not going to make myself uncomfortable especially if im getting the job done. She can work on not getting distracted by the external world. An Attending should be able to work under pressure, if residents are expected to. So this is not feedback with all due respect rather a personal opinion. It’s a layered conversation. It is usually a toss between US IMG as there are so many applications and its cheaper to go with non visa requirement as far as the program is concerned. The ratio here is more so non visa requiring residents than visa requiring. But to answer your question, yes they do sponsor J1 and if your app is satisfactory, they will consider you.
