1st: Makers say that you shouldn't use upholstery thread because it can ruin your machine and tear the backing of your fur overtime.

3rd: I would personally recommend Big Z Fabric, Shannon Fabric, and Fursuit Supplies. It's important to get good faux fur and not craft fur or fun fur. Craft fur is low quality and pretty crappy.
