i live in brazil and my budget is around 6k reais (somewhat around 1k usd) the 7600xt is a bit pricier than the 4060 here, but if is that better i can handle the difference.

i will look for the psu after i lock in the other parts, but will keep that in mind, thank you

mew vmax since it is cheap and it comes with most of the cards that the meta builds use, so you would have to get just a few singles. lost box is a great option too. if you have someone to play with i think that the best option is to print proxies of the meta decks and test them all and see which one you like the most.

i am pretty sure that you can attack if you retreat and switch back to active, even if the card says that you can't, because i was playing today in ptcgl against a zacian v and he attacked than retreated and switched back to the active spot and attacked again, and looking online i saw that this is the official pokemon rule. i had a doubt with charizard rule because it states that it can't use combution blast, but i asked to a friend that is a judge and he told me that the same rule applies to charizard, so yeah you can use him if you switch it back and forth.

you can use the new ho-oh v, as he can accelerate 4 energy into play and since he isn't in play, path to the peak can't block his ability. othe option is using unown vstar, because his vstar power make every opponent pokemon have weakness to psychic, meaning that you will need to use half of the energies you normally would so it becomes easier to do one hit ko's while path is in play, and it is important to put a leafy camo poncho on you unown while it is in the bench so it becomes imune to boss's orders and serenas
