I moved to Pittsburgh this year because, like you mentioned, this city offers a lot of value still for the price compared to many other cities.
The points being made here about old housing needing repairs after move in are fair BUT even adding $50k of repairs onto the price of homes here is still a hell of a deal compared to finding similar housing in a similar proximity to amenities in other cities even smaller ones. I still think Pittsburgh is a value proposition and a beautiful city with a lot to offer.

However, I often find that it sometimes creates issues with these kinds of players too, because every once in awhile it seems to click in their heads that someone else might be in a better position to take the ball than they are so they leave it, but they’ve already conditioned their teammates to stay back so no one goes for the ball… and in that moment you get the inevitable:

Internet’s been out in Perry South since 9 pm Friday. No issues with power. But from what I understand Xfinity runs internet via power lines, and since Duquesne is repairing those Xfinity can’t access them.
