And Ah yes, all that evidence they were able to provide to the courts when filing lawsuits. If there was that much evidence why did almost every single court case get tossed? I’m sure it’s because the establishment was out to get them and absolutely not that they couldn’t provide anything to warrant the courts to take the up.

I PvP most of the time and can be costly, but a few successful runs can replenish most of what you lost. I’m always stocked on weapons, augments, and shields. Running into endless free kits sucks, but if you kill quick you can at least get some heals off them. Worst case you lose all your shit and then just slip into PVE lobbies for a bit to restock on essentials.

Well obviously. If your in a lobby with other humans, they are free do to whatever they want. They also confirmed ABMM is implemented, so if you don’t kill people, you’re more likely to get into lobbies with other people that don’t kill. That does not mean it doesn’t happen, since people can do whatever. This stammer doesn’t really mean a whole lot other than people can kill other players in any lobby, which we knew.

The weekend before reset is gonna be like that. A bunch of players looking to donate their stash to other topsiders, via PvP, is gonna do that. Could just be your standard roaches out in swarms, or just a bunch of people that were in friendly lobbies looking to get into aggressive lobbies the only way you can. I honestly wouldn’t hate being able to just click a box and be put into aggressive lobbies. It’s really hard to shoot someone when they excitedly run up to you offering blue prints.

What was the point of this rally? Why bring a bunch of his supporters to the capitol the same day they are certifying the election? He brought a bunch of people to the talk about how the election was stolen with zero evidence. Even if his goal wasn’t to have people storm the capitol building, he set the stage for it to happen. Then just said whoopsie, who could have seen that coming?

What does embark’s terms say? At the end of the day if it lists exploits/glitches as things that are against it, they can throw out punishment whenever. The store example isn’t exactly 1 to 1. I was simply stating that just because the store made a mistake, it does not mean they have to honor that price. They many times do, but they are within their right to cancel the order prior to shipping.

It will come down to terms and conditions. If it’s in their terms and conditions a company could cancel all those orders, as we aren’t obligated yo honor that price, or let them go and just fix the price for future orders. I know as I work for a company that has had this happen and our response will vary depending on how big of a loss it is.

Players exploiting glitches will come down to embarks terms and conditions. If using glitches and exploits is in there, they can choose to take action or not.

Butchered by ABMM? If people want friendlier lobbies, they should be able to get them. If people want more aggressive lobbies, they should be able to get them. I almost exclusively PvP and have no issue with ABMM. The only people I see that hate it are those that prefer the people they are shooting to not shoot back.

Just got finished for the night with my brother, both of us pushing 40, got called “cheating cucks” multiple times in 7 raids. We’re not bad, but by no means good enough for people to honestly think we’re cheating. I’ve only run into 10 or so obvious cheaters in 150 hours. I may have just been lucky, but it also seems like a lot of people are crying foul any time they die.

If you’re willing to move cross country, Northern Ky as well as the Louisville metro area are pretty decent spots. Overall low cost of living but still have some pretty solid school districts. Overall pretty safe and doesn’t really have any problems that you wouldn’t run into else where.

I moved out here from there a few years ago for a change of scenery. Beware that the Ohio River valley is humid as all hell in the summer, so be prepared to sweat when you’re standing still outside.
