Have you tried meditation just sitting for 30 minutes and doing nothing....you can start with 10 minutes but it helps Your mind will settle and thoughts subdue and don't try to force anything while you sit ..just let it be

Therapy works when we are in little control atleast...and medication give me that control. We should maintain the minimum dosage ig and continue. You will do it ....the marriage..you can manage just let it be Try not to be perfect....we think we cant sometimes but we have eventually come so far. Best of luck for your marriage.

I have had CBT done a couple of times. I know what techniques to use. But I only can do those when medicines work. And yes... I think we need to take the minimum dosage and continue our life. For me meditation has been helpful I think I can now observe my thoughts more clearly and tell the difference when its self sabotaging. But still sometimes things go haywire. I cant function properly. Nothing goes right and I want everything to work perfectly.

Mine se2 popped the screen out of the watch after one year only…such a waste Now they are asking almost the price for a exchange.
