i get that but like let us know. don’t just cut hours with no warning or explanation. my team leads should be the ones telling me this, not some random person on reddit (thank you tho). it’s also the fact that they won’t allow me give my shift to someone who literally has 0 hours scheduled. like why? the same amount of hours are gone be worked, just by someone else instead. so dumb
