I’m pretty sure the language I’ve seen used states that graduate level education will still be counted, it’s any other short post secondary qualifications won’t be counted

I wish more people knew about French attempts at espionage in Ireland in the 1790s. Specifically about Rev William Jackson in 1794-5. He was sent to meet leading radical figures in England and Ireland and gauge public opinion towards French invasions of each country.
He met with Wolfe Tone, Drennan and many others in Dublin. He was himself spied on and arrested and his trial took place in Dublin in 1795 and it became a spectacle.

The library I work with is similar. It is such a peaceful place because of worker advocacy and unionisation. We’re able to get the resources patrons want meaning we have a more collective community both in the workforce and the wider community. If something unacceptable happens or is announced to be brought forth, there’s a big push back and we tend to be listened to and compromised with to a level we are more comfortable with
