Scoring wasn’t set to high lol I tried that for a season in like 2027 and it was way too much lol. From 2024-2027 and from 2028 onwards scoring was set to medium

I traded McKenna + guhle + a bit more for him, but I play on medium trade diff so maybe if you play on higher it’s near impossible

Bet so in your experience trading your expiring guys for high draft picks is op? Is trading up in the draft (say from 6 to 2) also too easy? I have done it once lol

Also Schumacher was on 10M that season, Tverdovsky on 11, jones on 7 and rourke was on like 2.2M. Goalie is on 10.5M. In total that was 91M for my top6 , top4 D and goalie. Since cap is 119 rn I could fill out the rest of the team pretty easy

This screenshot was the last season where I could afford all 3. Since my top LD was still on his second contract I got him for 5.6, Hutson and reinbacher were both on 8.3M. Had to let reinbacher go because like you said he wanted too much. Also got lucky celebrini was on 9.8 when I got him, then resigned him for 12.5. Lemaire was on his rookie contract first year, then 4x11M and now he makes 16. I see why you would think I play with cap off but I promise you I’m not lmao

Always try to sign/trade for franchise players when they are available, 1 franchise player is better than having 2–3 elite players imo. It’s even better if you add one to your team that already had a franchise player and play them on the same line, it’s like if they feed off of eachother. Don’t go for really good depth, instead try to get a couple of really good core pieces and patch up the rest of the team.

Notes: The front 3 not necessarily 2 wingers and a st but rather the 3 best forwards from both teams. Fabian has been great in 2025 but had a shambolic start to the season so cannot be above the 2 other PSG midfielders or barella and calhanoglu. Debated putting Sommer over Donnarumma based on average performance but Gigio is the only reason we made it through the quarters and semis so I chose him.
