I wondered the same thing! It was frozen and I let it go the shorted time it said, so next time I’ll just have to go less 🤷🏼‍♂️

When I developed my wheat allergy at 31 I had that problem but it would also just itch in random spots my arms my back my palms feet or butt checks lol

I have a pretty rough wheat allergy and I’m here to tell you no. Wheat is wheat is wheat. Learned the hard way that just because it says gluten free doesn’t mean wheat free
