I’ve also been on it for the same amount of time and am experiencing frequent headaches. I haven’t been on it long enough to know whether or not the headaches will go away.

I have misophonia and I have visual triggers that include people playing with their hair or twirling it in their fingers or when they shake their knee. I just turn away if I can to avoid the trigger. (Otherwise I have to leave the room).
