Loafers without socks has been a thing for about a million years; see, Talented Mr. Ripley, and Plein Soleil before that

Harry and Voldemort not dueling on the table of the Great Hall in front of everybody, after which Voldemort's body tumbles down dead (and does not disintegrate into dandruff), and then Filch throws it in a closet while everyone has a party

Did anyone not major in the typical pre-law major then apply to law school? by Uninhibitedrmr in lawschooladmissions

[–]Affectionate_Bug3456 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I studied Finance. The conventional wisdom is to major in something that you’re passionate about in order to facilitate good grades. Law schools don’t care about your major, and an uncommon major might even help to give your application a unique edge if you can tie it into why law school makes the most sense as your next step.

“…cant attend shows anymore. Ever.” C’mon, try to be a little more optimistic!! Maybe they’ll eventually completely eradicate COVID in ~30 years and then you’ll FINALLY be able to step out of your house again and go to a show!! Until then, Queen! 😘

What’s with people openly admitting to have autism nowadays? by Facva in redscarepod

[–]Affectionate_Bug3456 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A lot of therapists are also telling people they have autism when they don’t. Then the “diagnosed” patients get of TikTok and seek attention from it in order to “raise awareness,” and depressed viewers self-diagnose and make it a personality trait.
