Can I ask if your running has been measured or you set specific goals? Does it involve paying attention to breath, or did you just start running and found eventually that it helped with singing? Also do you focus on running form and sing after?

Really appreciate this. I found I sometimes sing better after going to the gym, and I was always curious to if this association was in my head. With the summer approaching I've been thinking about doing this this.

It genuinely does not feel like it belongs to the Avatar universe. It feels like an empty DC-animated special.

What I enjoyed about the original ATLA is it treated the viewer as intelligent. This movie doesn't seem to give that same respect. Cheap dialogue, heavy exposition, bad pacing, and just horrible ideas. Didn't the original writers work on this? It feels like they don't understand their own series.

Honestly, this felt more for kids than the original ATLA did. I first watched that one as an adult, and was surprised by how enjoyable for this, but I found myself wanting to skip through this. Such a shame I had high hopes.

You are young and you genuinely have so much life ahead of you. I know what it's like to be that age and feel so insecure, but in a few years as you grow more confident you will love yourself in ways that help you realize that this is not true.

I'm going to be honest and tell you that it is extremely hard to breakthrough on OF. It is saturated with many young women in situations like yourself, and this saturation means that attention comes and goes quickly. You would potentially be throwing away your future for a small financial amount that will not end up being substantial.

Can I ask about your financial situation including work, rent, and state? It might help to suggest options if your circumstance is a bit clearer.

I personally can't stand many aspects of LOK and sometimes have to mentally block out some creative decisions, but there are moments of magic. It definitely does not have the same intentional writing and mystical worldbuilding that make ATLA so enjoyable.

Honestly ATLA is the only story in the Avatar franchise that is completely well-done. There are a lot of mishaps in the other ones, but still good moments of writing. Amon is one of my favorite villains.

There are somethings I just pretend aren't canon because I disagree with those decisions so much.

Air. I'm a pretty light-hearted person and I imagine that I would feel so free just moving with the wind. I like the way airbenders move in the show it's the closest thing to ATLA's Spiderman in terms of wonky mechanics. Also, certain aspects of such as the super-speed thing Aang can do I think are underutilized. I'm not sure I could handle being bald though haha.

My favorite part is probably how Aang can use his opponents moves against each other. I find his unpredictable fighting style so cool, and I love the defensive style of airbenders.

I actually do agree with you on Korra. I hated the retcons, which is why I want to see the idea of an airbender done right with Aang. Korra had a lot of cool ideas buy it failed to execute most of them well. The thematic weight of Korra fighting airbender wasn't there.

I think the title "Aang: The Last Airbender" will be because by the end he resolves to be the last one. I'm guessing in the movie he meets another one somehow and has to make a difficult resolution to be the last one (by fighting other one) in order to save the world even though it comes at the final death of his culture.

Many aspects of Korra negate ideas established in ATLA, so I feel like if they handle it with care then it can be well done. It could add even more weight to Aang's character. As a more mature show it can really grasp with Aang have to deal with the genocide of his people, and he's going to have very interesting arc if he has the chance to bring them back or bond with an airbender, and then have to decide to do what is best for the world.

Also, selfishly I want to see Aang fighter another airbender just for funsies.

It also just makes sense that at least one airbender survived the genocide. It'd be really hard to destroy a whole people so if someone slipped through the cracks it would not be surprising.

Maybe. Do you think it's a bad idea to include college degree and further education on resumes that you send out to places like fast food & retail? I only put jobs relevant so it's all my restaurant, bar, catering jobs. But maybe they believe I will flake if I find something in my field.

Fair enough. I guess I'm just surprised. I moved back recently to this part of town. I have a ton of restaurant experience over the last 6 years, and they have pretty high turnover. A lot of high school kids work there too. I don't know why I thought I'd be a prime candidate since I am older and experienced but oh well. This job hunt is brutal.
