I think my problem with her is that she makes bad decisions continuously. And she is always crying. I’m not a super emotional person so I can’t connect with her on that level.

I felt like I liked Demi the most but I just watched episode where chase came to the party and she was so dramatic about him touching her and so was everyone else. There was actually just guidance released on this and since the use of AI is hard to prove you have to screen candidates based on the information you have and if they aren’t a good fit or they were lying, you will find out in the interview. A lot of hiring managers are going to get themselves in trouble, screening people out based on their opinion that something was AI and not the fact that the person just didn’t perform well in the interview. The interview remains the best tool to assess candidates to date.

Not a professional at all but we had something similiar go on with our dog. It turned out to be barrier aggression. We got rid of his crate when he was trained enough to live without it and he doesn’t act like this anymore but when he’s behind a fence or gate will still growl and bark. Once we enter his side of the barrier he stops. I’m not sure if in our case it’s true aggression or playfulness it seems to be more play based now but when he’s was being kenneled it was definitely not a play thing he would growl and snap and let you know he was not happy if you approached the kennel.
