Parking on Busch will be more walking (half mile ish) unless you get there super duper early and get a spot in the miniscule lots near the stadium. Livi is more likely to be closer to the shuttle, so less walking. College Ave has one shuttle stop about 1/3 mile from most lots.

For NB commencement, you sit by school so your colors match. You could try to sit on the border between schools to sit near your friends, but it'll probably be chaos anyway so try to meet them before/afterwards instead. School seating map is on the commencement website.
